Market actors interested in participating in the EMR's price index formulation should write us at emr@econ.com. Subscribers who do so stand to receive substantial discounts to the cost of an annual subscription, or free upgrades, depending upon preference. All participant identities are bound under a confidentiality and data sharing agreement (based on a template designed by the Committee of Chief Risk Officers (CCRO)) that protects and indemnifies all parties, as well as provides a framework and format within which to share data. We allow our counterparties to modify the agreement before signing as their legal departments see fit.
